Connect Google Business Profile

Connecting Google Business Profile lets you read and reply to reviews, publish posts, and see performance insights for your business locations — all inside HexaFloww.
Google discontinued its Business Messages and Q&A APIs, so direct messages and public questions are not supported. This connection covers reviews, posts, and insights.
Before you start
- You need the Admin or Manager role.
- You must be an owner or manager of the Google Business Profile locations in Google.
- Your plan must include Google Business Profile.
Connect your locations

Open the Google Business connect page. Sidebar → Connect Accounts → Google Business Profile, or go to
/admin/connect-accounts/google-business. -
Sign in with Google. Click connect and choose the Google account that manages your locations. Approve the access Google asks for.

Pick the locations to connect. HexaFloww lists every location across every Google account you gave access to. Tick the ones you want and click Connect selected. Each location becomes its own connected entry.

You can connect multiple locations — there is no one-per-project cap here.
Common problems
- No locations listed — the Google account you signed in with isn't an owner or manager of any Business Profile. Reconnect with the right account.
- Location shows "Disconnected" later — a temporary Google rate-limit or a revoked permission. Try Refresh Connection first; reconnect only if that doesn't clear it.
