Common questions
Do I need to write JSON to use Flows?
Not for the starters - lead capture, appointment booking, and feedback survey are ready to use. Custom flows are edited as JSON with a live preview, since there's no drag-and-drop builder.
Can I edit a flow after it's published?
No - published flow content can't be edited (a Meta rule). You can still rename it or change categories; for new questions, create a new flow.
Do broadcast campaigns track flow responses?
Campaigns and automations can send a template with a Flow button, but responses are only attributed back to the flow when sent from the inbox. For campaign-scale collection, the appointment booking module is built for that specifically.
What happens to a submitted response?
It appears in the flow's Responses tab (with CSV export) and automatically creates or updates a lead, with an email to your admins.
