Can the assistant send a campaign without me approving it?
No - any action that changes something (creating a segment, drafting a template, sending a message) shows a confirmation card first. Read-only questions are answered directly.
Do I need my own AI provider key?
Not necessarily - your plan may include a shared provider, in which case it works out of the box and usage draws on your AI credits. You can also connect your own Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or Perplexity key and be billed by that provider directly.
What happens when AI credits run out?
AI features pause until the next billing cycle reset or a top-up - everything else in HexaFloww keeps working normally.
What can I actually ask it?
Anything grounded in your data - campaign performance, which contacts haven't opened anything recently, drafting a WhatsApp template, and more. It can read your data or propose an action on it.
