# LinkedIn — posts & comments

Once a LinkedIn Company Page is connected, `/admin/linkedin` handles its posts and comments. There is no LinkedIn inbox or DMs — LinkedIn doesn't offer private messaging to third-party apps.

## Posts

Create LinkedIn posts in the scheduler (`/admin/social/scheduler/new`) — pick `LinkedIn` as the platform. Beyond plain text and image/video posts, LinkedIn supports:

- **Article** — a link post with a title, description, and thumbnail.
- **Poll** — 2–4 options with a set duration (7 days by default).
- **Multi-image** — several images in one post.

Article, Poll, and Multi-image posts are LinkedIn-only — if other platforms are selected you'll be asked to deselect them or switch the post back to Standard. The list view is at `/admin/linkedin/posts`. A published post can't be edited (this applies to every platform).

## Comments

`/admin/linkedin/comments` collects comments on your recent Company Page posts (checked about every 5 minutes).

- Reply publicly from the list. There's no keyword auto-reply — same reasoning as Google reviews.
- **AI Suggest** drafts a reply from the comment and your company knowledge; you review and send.
