# Google Business Profile — reviews, posts & insights

Once Google Business Profile is connected, `/admin/google-business` manages reviews, posts, and insights for your locations.

## Reviews

`/admin/google-business/reviews` lists reviews across your connected locations with their star rating and any existing reply.

- Write a public reply in the box and send it. There's no keyword auto-reply — a review reply is public and tied to a rating, so it's always human-approved.
- **AI Suggest** drafts a reply from the review text, its rating, and your company knowledge. You edit and send.
- Google moderates replies. If Google rejects one, the reason shows as a banner after the next sync.

New reviews are pulled in about every 15 minutes.

## Posts

Create Google Business posts in the scheduler (`/admin/social/scheduler/new`) — pick `Google Business` as the platform. Supports standard, event, and offer posts, a call-to-action button, and recurring posts. The list view is at `/admin/google-business/posts`.

## Insights

`/admin/google-business/insights` shows views (search vs. maps, desktop vs. mobile), calls, website clicks, and direction requests, with a month selector.
