# Create & send a campaign

> Pick an audience, choose a template, test it, and send.

The campaign wizard at `/admin/campaigns/new` has four steps: Setup, Content, Audience, and Review.

## Step 1 — Setup

Name the campaign and choose which **sender** it goes from.

## Step 2 — Content

Pick a template and write the **subject line** (and preview text). This step reminds you if the template is missing an unsubscribe link.

## Step 3 — Audience

Target a **segment** or select individual recipients. HexaFloww automatically excludes anyone unsubscribed or suppressed.

## Step 4 — Review

Set the **sending speed**, choose when to send, and launch.

- **Recommended** — 50 emails every minute.
- **Slow & safe** — 20 emails every 5 minutes, best for deliverability and new senders.
- **All at once** — no throttling; small lists only.

Choose **Save as Draft**, **Schedule** (pick a date and time), or **Send Now**. To check the final version first, save it as a draft, open the campaign, and use **Send Test** to email yourself a copy before sending.

## While it sends

The campaign page shows live progress. You can pause a campaign that's sending. A campaign that hits repeated delivery failures is auto-paused and your admins are emailed.
