# Managing projects

> Add, rename, or remove workspaces.

Projects (workspaces) are managed on the **Projects** page (`/admin/settings/projects`, under Projects & Teams) by an Admin.

## Add a project

Click **Add Project** and name it. A new project starts empty — no contacts, no connected accounts, its own everything. Your plan sets the maximum number of projects.

Use a separate project only when you need a genuinely separate audience and set of connected channels — a second brand, or a client. Don't create one just to organize campaigns.

## Rename a project

Click **Rename** on its row and save. This doesn't affect any data.

## Give people access

New non-admin members are added to specific projects. Adjust project access per member on the [Team page](https://hexafloww.com/docs/account/team-and-roles.md). Admins always have access to every project.

## Delete a project

> [!WARNING]
> Deleting a project permanently removes **all** of its data — contacts, campaigns, connected accounts, conversations, everything. It can't be undone. Disconnect any connected accounts you want to reuse elsewhere first.
